At Asian Sourcing we understand that your requirements will be unique. We use the following tried and tested process to ensure you get the products that meet your exact requirements:

• We discuss your requirements with you. As a result of these discussions a brief is written for your approval and sent to one or more of our Country Managers for action.

• Our Country Manager will confirm the availability of suitable factories, interview them, and, after negotiations, produce an initial quote.

• A final quote is then prepared and submitted to you for approval. This includes freight, import duty our margin and any other costs likely to be incurred.

• If practicable a sample is produced. If samples cannot be made, we commonly ask for examples of similar products as a quality check.

• Once you are happy with the quote and sample, a Purchase Order is signed. A down payment of 50% of the quoted production cost is requested

• The goods are manufactured and shipped. The client pays the balance of the production cost.
